Juan Nicolas D'Amico

Juan Nicolas D’Amico is an Argentine economist who graduated from the University of Buenos Aires in Argentina. He earned an M.A. in Economics from the University of Waterloo and an M.A. in Business Economics from Wilfrid Laurier University, both in Canada. He also completed a postgraduate program in Quantitative Finance (QUANT) at UCEMA in Argentina.

With experience across the academic, private, and public sectors, Juan has served as a teaching assistant for several undergraduate courses at the universities he attended. He has also worked in the private financial sector and has served as an economist with the Government of Canada since early 2021.

During the pandemic, Juan launched his YouTube channel, "Forecsating Economics," to share practical economic knowledge on applied time series models using leading statistical software.
